I appreciate that! I've been well, unfortunately I'm not able to spend the time here I used too... But I'll try and contribute when I can. I know what you mean about Oklahoma. My mom's people are from the Texas Panhandle. I can understand backwords views when folks come from places like that, but when it comes from people with masters and Phd's it is disgusting.

Hey Floyd;
Why do you think I left Oklahoma! Too bad I eventually ended up in Dallas/Fort Worth, tho.

Was just there, actually lived there for 2 years, 5 years ago, Irving I think, near where the assholes play...we saw Roger, going back for YES and TP (W/ Winwood).

I don't recall where you said you lived when in OK? Again?

I shall STAY and help change this place...

Was man created in God's image, or God in man's?

Religious people should receive brain-transplants ASAP. Then again, if they want to butcher the 1st amendment, i'll happily be the first President of the Church of Prostitution's Pimp Lounge and Sunday BBQ. And i'll start a religion founded on murder, where as part of our free practice, members of my religion can murder everyone from every other religion (except the Church of Prostitution).

Another thing that is scary is that the product of the "religious" colleges are attorneys. Science they dismiss but law is a nebulous region open to interpretation.

So sinners must be punished.......

You're assuming they have brains (that belong to them). Perhaps if we do brain transplants (from sheep brains?) then what brains would we use? I suggest dog brains so at least the worst trait they will have is occasionally smelling your ass or humping your leg, at least they would no longer be able to vote.

I encounter so many who have that "look", the glazed eyes and nervous speak. So many I speak to about the election, the first things they bring up are moral issues , the crazy one's, not the moral issue of wars, poverty, and political corruption but gay marraige and the "moral decay of society"...their priorities are fucked up.

I belong to the Church of the Flying Spagetti Monster...they think it's OK that I play with my noodle...works for me.

Religion is a placebo. Is the effect worth the cost?
