Predicting the Weather
I heard a theory on some news program about how snow and rain are created by living organisms. Maybe this is why we have difficulty predicting weather? These clouds or things are alive, moving around for reasons we have not yet considered?

It's not predicting. Weather "gods" on tv say what will likely happen. Enough people watch and respond...and...it happens. What? You thought some outside entity did this too? Quote:
Partially related question - when was the first tornado/hurricane reported? After it was able to reach large masses of people (via news ahead of time)?
