OK, below is a great blog from some dude..I agree with it and use it to help point out that Obama can't win...you KNOW we still have to many racist assholes in this country....but let's look at Chillary too, who is the easiest to demonize. I never have liked her...respect her but she ain't it.
The fucking repulsivans must be salivating at this point thinking they have a slam dunk with the possibility of running against two people who are doomed from the nomination on...Obama will be fresh meat and Chillary will be stale meat...but non-the-less...either will be dead meat.
Of course I have a goddamned agenda: Take our democracy back!
VOTE EDWARDS..No shit sherlock.
The Primate Diaries: Time to Wake Up
"I'm going to lay it out plain. We live in a racist and materialistic society that none of us can any longer deny. There were fifty white supremacists protesting Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Jena, LA, the source of the most significant civil rights issue of this generation. Where were those countering the Neo-nazis and southern bigots? Where were the people of good conscience who refuse to allow ignorance to have the sole voice on issues that affect our countrymen?
Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
While I often focus on issues emphasizing science, I am not unaware of the social hypocrisy occurring all around me. The assault on science by the religious right is mirrored by social conservatives who assault the respect of multiple cultures. The ultimate concern of these groups is profound ignorance, ignorance of science and ignorance of those aspects they would condemn in others. While they truly believe that they are enlightening all those they tell it to, I would argue they need to be more humble. Thrusting your beliefs on others is a violation of everything your doctrine holds dear. It's also extremely annoying and rude.
From a biological perspective, the oppressed will either rise up or go extinct. Conservatives act as though they prefer the extinction of those groups they oppose. It's fitting then that many have joined with Neo-nazis. For the rest of us, we need to seek solidarity with those groups who have been marginalized or oppressed. Through numbers there is strength. If you've never interacted with these groups before, you need to start. If you're already part of these groups, now is the time to make your group known.

Please add more links in the comments. I personally am sick of a single group maintaining their ideology and asserting that it's more consistent than all others. If so, prove it or shut up once and for all. But I don't agree with your arguments. I and we can address some here."
