No more BS about Miami...

The Pats go 16-0 to tie Miami's vaunted "Perfect season".

The Pats will likely go 19-0 with a Super Bowl win, forever silencing the constant bleating about today's once tied but otherwise winless (finless) Miami Dolphins.

I disagree.

the undefeated Dolphins were not so quarterback dependent. Griese, there starter, was a "good" quarterback, but not a great quarterback. He got injured that year, and Earl Morrell, a journeyman veteran, quarterbacked the team through a lot of the season and play-offs.

The Dolphin team that year was just that, a team. You could plug any consistant quarterback in and they won.

I'm not sure you can say the same about the Patriots. However, should they finish they year without loss,

They HAVE to be ranked as one of the best teams in history.

I remind you: they haven't done it yet.
