Any runners??

I am thinking about running a 10k. (completing not winning......lol & not be last...) (new years resolution).....

I am doing 3 miles every couple days so it shouldn't be that hard...

I've ran 10k without any running prior to in like 8 years... Not too good. Started running on a regular basis (about 1-2 miles a day), was able to go much longer without too much trouble. So if you are running already, you'll be fine.

I jsut started abotu a year ago. 1/2 up to 1 1/2. Now I am doing three's w/out much prob........

Prior to that I was over weight & drinking to much beer.........

& I use to smoke, up to about 20 years ago when I quit.........
