Ya know Doc...I think Donaghy is trying to drag as many people down here as he can.


That said, what this piece describes is what all athletes refer to as "home cookin"....home teams ALWAYS get the calls.

I don't think it is more evident in any other sport, than basketball.


It certainly appears in every playoff series, that the league desires a 7 game series. Jackson made those allegations (publicly) way back when his Bulls weren't getting the calls against the Knicks.




As dirty as it sounds when we say that the refs. get nudged by the league office, it is nowhere as disgusting as the thought of a renegade referee making money off of the game he's working.


Let him shut his mouth, and pay the price.




Mini tornado last night...power out from 8 pm, til 4 am....I got home at 9:30, and wanted to see the Celts. game.


I got back in the car, drove around to the lake, and sat there all night listening to it on AM radio!!!

More static, than anything else.

Sounded like a good game, til about 3 mins. left. I think I fell asleep.
