wow!! clemens is totally throwing his wife under the bus, saying the conversation he had with pettitte about hgh was in regards to her doing the drug in order to look better for a swimsuit shoot

i hope they discussed that before hand, otherwise roger-boy is going to be in quite a bit of hot water when he gets home....

Clemens is not coming off very well. He sounds discombobulated.
Everyone that was good was doing steroids. Are they taking Mark Mcguires name out of the record books or Sammy Sosa? I think this is just dragging people down for no good purpose. Fine the baseball teams and fire the players if they want it to stop. The truth is baseball likes the stats and they will continue to turn a blind eye to this, just like all other sports. The wink and nod of what I don't know won't hurt me.

i agree with you here...the thing with clemens is i can't imagine he thinks his name is still going to be untarnished after what happened today (he's suing macnamee for pete's sake), i just wish he'd own up to his mistakes rather than drag it all out...besides, i could care less if he did it, i just have a problem with lying...

Does anyone besides me have a problem with the fact that Mitchell is part of the Red Sox nation and that the only member of the Red Sox implicated was a pitcher they would like to be rid of (Gagne). This despite the fact that the 2004 Red Sox hit more home runs than any team has ever hit and looked like the cast of Monday Night Smackdown
