I went on RT and argued for the racing. I heard a couple of industry people and their report reaffirmed my original believe that the animals are treated well.

A running horse is one of the three most beautiful things on this planet. They are an animal of beauty and grace. They are also genetically engineered to run. Fast. There are animals we abuse far worse than pedigreed race horses. Is there abuse and worse in the industry, yes. But there is in any endeavour of humans. Banning the sport is a multibillion dollar loss. and besides what are those 4 foot Latinos going to do for work?
